ANSWER CALL
RECORDING YOUR NAME

You can record a personalized greeting, including information such as your number or name, or you can use the standard greeting supplied with call answering, which does not contain any personal identification.

Recording your name for personal verification:
To record your name, first access your mailbox.
  1. Press Nine Key on the main menu to
    select mailbox setup.
  2. Press Three Keyto record your name.
  3. Press Four Keyto start recording.
  4. Press Pound Keyto end the recording.
    To play the name you recorded,
    press One Key .
    To rerecord it, press Four Key to record, then Pound Keyto end the recording.
  5. When you are satisfied with your
    recording, press Two Keyor Star Key to keep your recording and return to mailbox setup.

Note: You can use all the recording actions listed under 'Reviewing your recording'.








When you hear the current personal verification if there is one.




When you hear the tone, you can start to speak.
